The requirement for the slurry concentration of the dewatering vibrating screen is to be controlled at around 40% in order to improve the classification efficiency. This is because when the slurry concentration is controlled at around 40%, the screening process can be optimized, the dewatering performance and the concentration on the screen can be improved, thereby improving the fluidity of the slurry and ensuring the efficient screening process.
In addition, in order to maintain the optimal operating condition of the equipment, the following maintenance measures need to be noted:
When maintaining the normal operation of the equipment, the feeding concentration of the sieve should be regularly observed to ensure that the concentration is controlled at around 40%.
2. Equip with an upper water pipe to address the issue of poor fluidity of the slurry in the screening chute.
3. The electromagnetic exciter and control box should be strictly guarded against water splashing to prevent short circuits. Cover the exciter with a rubber plate to prevent water and slurry from falling in, causing short circuits and blocking air gaps.
4. Check at all times whether the bolts in each part are loose, and whether the screen frame collides with the chute, etc.
5. Pay attention to the ammeter pointer not exceeding the rated value. When the screening machine runs for about half a month, adjust the current to near the rated value (usually 8-9A) and vibrate for 4-5 minutes to shake off the attachments on the back of the sheet.
6. Adjust the excitation current (amplitude) according to the properties of the ore and operational requirements, and conduct excitation current condition tests to ensure that the sieve operates under high efficiency conditions.
When the slurry flow fed into the sieve by the fabric hopper is too far away, the position or angle of the sieve frame should be adjusted in a timely manner to avoid affecting the grading efficiency.
