This is because when the slurry concentration is controlled at around 40%, the screening process can be optimized, the dewatering performance and the concentration on the screen can be improved, thereby improving the fluidity of the slurry and ensuring the efficient screening process. In addition, in order to maintain the optimal operating condition of the equipment, the following maintenance measures need to be noted: When maintaining the normal operation of the equipment, the feeding concentration of the sieve should be regularly observed to ensure that the concentration is controlled at around 40%. 2. Equip with an upper water pipe to address the issue of poor fluidity of the slurry in the screening chute. 3. The electromagnetic exciter and control box should be strictly guarded against water splashing to prevent short circuits. Cover the exciter with a rubber plate to prevent water and slurry from falling in, causing short circuits and blocking air gaps. 4.
